Submission of Information:
Kade Cabinet Co. welcomes feedback regarding the Site and its products. However, Kade Cabinet Co. does not wish to receive confidential, proprietary, or trade secret information through the Site, except for credit card and related billing information when applicable.
Any information, opinions, or materials submitted to the Site—other than billing information—will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary. Kade Cabinet Co. and its affiliates may use such submissions for any lawful purpose without restriction or compensation, including but not limited to product development, manufacturing, and marketing.

Limitation on Liability:

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, and even if Kade Cabinet Co. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In all events, Kade Cabinet Co.’s total maximum liability shall not exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).
Applicable Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Termination:
Kade Cabinet Co. may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Site. If you maintain a client account, such account may only be terminated by Kade Cabinet Co. upon your breach of this Agreement and failure to cure such breach within seven (7) days of notice, unless termination occurs as part of a general shutdown of services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification provisions.
Miscellaneous:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Kade Cabinet Co. regarding use of the Site. Any failure by Kade Cabinet Co. to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such provision. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Headings are provided for convenience only and have no legal effect.
